Daily Path: connect the numbers with one line

One finger, one line, every cell. A fast daily puzzle in three sizes.

In short

Draw a single continuous line that starts at 1, passes every number in order and fills every cell of the grid exactly once. New 6×6, 7×7 and 8×8 path puzzles every day. Quick to learn, satisfying to finish.

How to play Daily Path

  1. Start the line on the cell marked 1.
  2. Drag to adjacent cells — up, down, left or right, never diagonally.
  3. Pass the numbered cells in order: 1, 2, 3 … up to the highest number, which is the end of the line.
  4. The line must cover every cell of the grid exactly once.
  5. Drag back to retract the line, or tap any cell on the line to cut it back to that point.
  6. Choose easy (6×6), medium (7×7) or hard (8×8).

Tips and strategy

  • Corners are traps: a corner cell can only be entered and left in one way, so plan your route past it early.
  • Do not leave single cells isolated — a cell surrounded on three sides must be the next step or the very end.
  • Look ahead to the next number and leave yourself a route that still covers the cells around it.
  • Sweep along the edges in long runs; filling the border first often keeps the middle open.
  • If you get stuck, tap an earlier cell to cut the line and try another turn instead of starting over.

Frequently asked questions

Is there only one correct path?

Not always. Any line that starts on 1, passes the numbers in order, ends on the highest number and covers every cell exactly once is accepted.

Can the line move diagonally?

No. The line moves only between cells that share a side.

How do I undo a move?

Drag the line back over the previous cell, press Undo, or tap a cell on the line to cut everything after it.

Does every daily path have a solution?

Yes. Each puzzle is created from a complete path through all cells, and the numbers are placed along that path, so at least one solution always exists.

Is the puzzle the same for everyone?

Yes. Each size has one grid per day, identical for every player.
